★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service not honour! Rented car for two days. Before I take the car we checked all damage with stuff and he wrote about scratches we found to the other side of paper in Turkish so I can't check what he wrote but he said that all is ok. After month they charged 500try and send me email with photos of this scratches even all of them were made before I took the car.

The only thing is that the rental place itself it's not right there in that specific place, it used to be there, now they are located fiscally in an office very near to the airport, 3 minutes in taxi, the offices are not that far from the airport. So you guys should put the new location
Besides that all went great and for sure I will repeat!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reliable car, poor location made worse by inaccurate website information.
Due to bad experience with less well known Car suppliers so chose SIXT. However, they are NOT based directly at the airport. I was fortunate that I was picked up at the airport. But be aware if returning the car out of office hours. I ended up staying at a hotel close to the airport on the last day as I had to return car at 5am when office was closed but was not comfortable being advised to leave the car in airport car park with the car key on the front tyre since I would be held responsible for anything incl theft etc! Hence returned car in person evening before during opening hours and play it safe!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOT office located in airport terminal 2. Many time I call them but no answer.
NOT one waiting me outside and welcome. Booking was made with pick up time at 23:00 . I land at 22:25 and I went out of the airport 22:40 and wait till 23:30. No one pick up me or delivery car. I take taxi to take me to Hotel. I come to branch outside airport on next day, they say they called me but this not happens because I have NOT any calls or email. But even, I was there and ready pick up the car. Basic, someone should waiting me outside and Welcome but they didn't. I pick up the car at branch but they not refunded for one day. Good was, on return. I drop the car to this branch and they take me to airport. Complicated but should be without problems.

They already acted so shady before we were even getting the car, refused to do it with my Turkish boyfriend's name and just wanted my credit card (although I was not the driver). All this time they acted rude and disrespectfully. Definitely left us a bad feeling and we won't be considering Sixt again.
After reading all these bad comments we decided to cancel our reservation. Be aware!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big thanks to Mrs. Kader and Mr. Burak who were very friendly and made a smooth process of my car rental.
We were picked up on time from the airport and driven to the Sixt Rental place, which was approximately 3 minutes away from the airport.
Also after we dropped off the car, the Sixt team was so nice and drove us back to our hotel, which was not included in the service.
As a Sixt Platinum customer, I would prefer this station again and again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The car was brand new. Staff was efficient, quick and polite. They provide a free shuttle service to the airport when you return the car.
You need to know that SIXT does not have a counter at the airport (and will not pick you up). You need to take a 3-minutes taxi ride to their office. My taxi ride was 22 lira. Take the taxi from the domestic arrival area, they have no problem to drive the short distance, and most drivers seem know the location when you say "Sixt rent a car office".
The staff checked the car very carefully for damages & scratches, so take pictures to avoid any dispute. My deposit was automatically released after 10 days. I would definitely book again.
