SIXT (Artı Seyahat Acentesi Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.), 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (Kanun) doğrultusunda veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla; kimlik, iletişim, özlük, görsel kayıtlar, kişisel beceri, mesleki deneyim ve yeterlilik bilgileri ile yasal yükümlülükler gerektirdiği takdirde sağlık bilgileri kapsamındaki kişisel verileri iş başvuru sürecinizin değerlendirilmesi, referanslarla görüşme yapılması ve insan kaynakları süreçlerinin planlanması ve yürütülmesi amacıyla işleyebilmektedir.
Söz konusu kişisel veriler başvuru ve görüşme aşamalarında, başvuru formları, sözlü mülakatlar, düzenlenen kariyer günleri aracılığıyla otomatik olmayan yollar; internet sitemiz, kariyer siteleri, insan kaynakları danışmanlık şirketleri vb. kanallar aracılığıyla elektronik ortamda otomatik yollar ile toplanmaktadır. Bu kişisel veriler, Kanun’un 5. maddesi kapsamında “iş sözleşmesinin kurulmasıyla doğrudan doğruya ilgili olması sebebiyle gerekli olması” veya “ilgili kişinin temel hak ve özgürlüklerine zarar vermemek kaydıyla, veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaatleri için veri işlenmesinin zorunlu olması”; istisnai hallerde “ilgili kişinin açık rızası” hukuki sebeplerine dayalı olarak işlenmektedir.
Başvurunuzun olumsuz sonuçlanması halinde açılabilecek benzer nitelikteki pozisyonlar için yeniden değerlendirme yapılması amacıyla söz konusu kişisel veriler bir yıl boyunca SIXT tarafından muhafaza edilecektir. Ayrıca toplanan kişisel verileriniz, açık rızanız halinde benzer nitelikli pozisyonlarda değerlendirilmesi amacıyla grup şirketlerimize aktarılabilecektir.
Kanun’un aşağıda belirtilen ilgili kişinin haklarını düzenleyen 11. maddesi kapsamındaki taleplerinizi “Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ”de belirtilen yöntemlerle bize iletebilirsiniz:
- Kişisel verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme,
- Kişisel verileri işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme,
- Kişisel verilerinin işlenme amacı ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
- Kişisel verilerinin yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri öğrenme,
- Kişisel verilerinin eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması halinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme ve bu kapsamda yapılan işlemin kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,
- Kişisel verilerinin işlenmesini gerektiren sebeplerin ortadan kalkması halinde bunların silinmesini, yok edilmesini veya anonim hale getirilmesini isteme ve bu kapsamda yapılan işlemin kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,
- İşlenen verilerinin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle veri sahibinin aleyhine bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme,
- Kişisel verilerinin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğraması halinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme.
Kişisel verilerinize ilişkin talepleri Saray Mah. Dr. Adnan Büyükdeniz Cad. 2 Blok No: 4 İç Kapı No: 27 Ümraniye/ İstanbul adresine elden, posta veya noter yoluyla yazılı olarak iletebilirsiniz. Bunun yanında, “Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkına Tebliğ” uyarınca sistemlerimizde kayıtlı bulunan elektronik posta adresini kullanmak suretiyle [email protected] adresi aracılığıyla da talebinizi iletebilirsiniz.

I rented the car from France, they have offices at the airport, all details are checked without taking delivery of the vehicle, no surprises, the office was closed when I delivered it, but my precious brother EMRE UZEL took delivery of the vehicle with a gesture, that is, he applied full customer service, thank you very much.

Thank you for everything to the staff who saw that I was alone with my daughter and took care of me to wait too long. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to settle the commission later, even though I had a problem with my credit card... When I want to rent a car, the first thing that comes to my mind is sixt.

Been using sixt for a while in different countries and did it twice in Turkey and heavily regret that now. I paid for full insurance and did no damages to a car. Returned in in couple of days. They checked everything in front of me. Made me sign a paper. Few days after sent me a 200euro bill. All damages are some real tiny scratches (car was old) that were not documented. They only document major dents/bumps/scratches. Not the tiny ones. Ones you return the car they will put those tiny ones on your name and make you pay for it. This is a SCAM by definition.
And good luck disproving something when you already out of country as a tourist. They dont even speak English. You cant even have normal human discussion with them.
Rented with them in Izmir, same story but 500euro bill.
Absolutely horrible way of treating tourist.

Thanks to Mr Müşteri Hizmetleri and his employee, I just have to pay more than 1200€ for a rent that should have normally be 200€.
To envoyed you the same nightmare, first I will advise you to « not rent with this company! » And secondly to pay more if you have to but « not rent with this company ! »
To explain you rapidly this comment, here is the situation. In June, we rent a car a the Ankara Airport Sixt office for one week. On the last day of the rent, I hit a sidewalk during a park attent. Nothing serious but I have to report it to let the insurance take care of if. So just after, the incident, I call the Anakra Office to know what to do in this case. They said, to just comme back to the drop in office and explain the situation.
When I done it the next day, the employe told me with sign (because he didn’t speak English) that it was ok and the insurance will do the reste.
But few days later, with out to be notified, I just get 2 withdraws on my bank account of 600€ for a total of more 1200€. No one told me what is was about and what the amount corresponding of !
When I finally reach the Airport office, they told me that it was for the payement of the repair.
I respond that : first, it should have been nice to let me know before to execute the withdraw (because I don’t have this money on my account so I now have to pay interest), the secondly to explain me what those amount corresponding and third, I toke the insurance so maybe we should see that first !!
They just respond me that they have to charge the full amount of the accident repair because I don’t have made a police report of the accident. Mr Müşteri Hizmetleri (that should certainly be a robot because he show no compassion and like to respond you like you are also a machine) didn’t want to understand that it was not an accident with some one else but a damage occurs by myself on a sidewalk. That I call the office to know if I have to do something after the damage, I ask again to when a drop in the car and no one told me about the office report needed. And sorry, if I don’t immediately believe that I should go the see the Turkish police to explain that I hit a side walk during my parking !
All those situation to explain that I had a small incident, I wanted to do all I can to the thing right in order to repair it. But all the company agree to to do it to take my money. I just have the felling that play me because they want to deal with the insurance. And they have no compassion at all.
And one more thing, don’t try to get information to your local sit office (French office with Pauline Grasser) because they will not help you at all. Good to said that Sixt is a international company but not then you need this International help.
