★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sevgili umut sahibi arkadaşlar TOKİ'nin yapmış olduğu alt gelir projesindeki bu evlerin ödemelerine 6 ayda bir enflasyon zammı uygulanacak mis sonra ben 1000 TL odeyecektim neden mesela örnek veriyorum 1100 TL oldu ödemem demeyin 15 senede de arta arta insanın canı çıkar enflasyon da bu aralar bayağı yüksek çıkıyor malum ona göre bidaha düşünün derim ben tam başvururken bu olayı öğrendim ve başvurumu iptal ettim.Bilginize.

Site aydınlatması ve bakımları iyi. Her yere otobüs hattı içinden geçiyor. Üç tarafı çevrili izole bir yer. Depreme dayanıklı, sağlam konutlar olduğu söyleniyor.

Everyone can easily find a place for their car in front of their own house. Site lighting and maintenance is good. It passes through the bus line everywhere. An isolated place surrounded on three sides. They are said to be earthquake resistant, robust residences.
