★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yorumlar üzerine internetten kendilerine ulaştık. Siverek-Karacadağ peyniri, biber salçası, pekmez, isot ve pestil satın aldık. Peynir tam yağlı değil. Tarife göre sıcak suda beklettik ama yine de tuzlu bir peynir. Kahvaltından ziyade kuymak veya tatlılarda kullanılacak bir peynir türü. Biber salçası ve isot mükemmel. Pekmez yanıktı(fazla kaynamış). Pestilin tadı standart.
We reached out to them on the internet based on the comments. We bought Siverek-Karacadağ cheese, pepper paste, molasses, isot and fruit pulp. Cheese is not full fat. We soaked it in hot water according to the recipe, but it's still a salty cheese. A type of cheese to be used in kuymak or desserts rather than breakfast. Pepper paste and isot are excellent. Molasses was burnt (over boiled). The taste of the pestil is standard.

Ürün kalitesine gelince ailecek tadımda bulunduk beklediğinden baya iyi çıktı. Ben her peyniri yiye bilen biri değilim sadece köy peyniri yerim tam benim damak tadına uygun iş yerinde arkadaşlara tattırdık onlarda baya sevdiler. isota özellikle bayıldım aile olarak devamlı tabi kalite sabit kaldığı sürece isteme kararı aldık.
