It is one of the few hotels in Sivas with its very good breakfast and evening meals in terms of cleanliness, with its competent and friendly team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Şık bir otel, personeli güleryüzlü ancak temizlikte ufak sıkıntılar vardı. Yatakta kıllar ve yastıkta kir gibi izler vardı. Duvar kağıdında yırtıklar ve ahşap yerlerde çirkin aşınmalar oluşmuştu. Isıtma, kahvaltı, internet mükemmeldi. Herşey için teşekkürler.
It is a stylish hotel, the staff is friendly, but there were minor problems in cleaning. There were hairs on the bed and dirt-like marks on the pillow. There were tears in the wallpaper and ugly abrasions on the wooden floors. Heating, breakfast, internet were excellent. Thanks for everything.

The hotel is new, but the staff is completely fiasco. There is a kettle in the rooms, but no tea, no cups. The tomatoes at breakfast were not washed, and the friend responsible for breakfast should know that we are not guilty of working here.

Park sorunu yok. Şehrin göbeğinde ama sessiz ve rahat uyku mümkün. Otel müdiresi Tansu hanım müthiş ilgili. Her ihtiyacımızı, günün her saatinde yerine getirdi. I go to Sivas very often due to my job. I had the opportunity to stay in all of the city's good hotels. And I saw how ridiculously ridiculous I paid other hotels. New and clean hotel. No parking problem. In the heart of the city, but quiet and comfortable sleep is possible. Hotel manager Tansu lady is very concerned. He fulfilled our every need, at any time of the day. Many thanks to him and his staff.

There was a tangle of hair in the shower drain, the sheets and pillowcases that looked clean were probably newer so they were clean, but they forgot to put the toilet seat on. There is no room ventilation. When I asked for the fee in advance, I realized that there was something wrong, but since the room seemed clean at first glance, we paid and entered the room, we would not have entered. I do not recommend the morning breakfast event insufficient. There are better places, these friends don't know these things, they should employ someone who knows.
