Bu konuda Gebze belediyesi örnek alınarak bu eksiklik de giderilebilir diye düşünüyorum.? Sivas is a very beautiful and peaceful city... Drivers respect pedestrians... The biggest shortcoming in Sivas is the lack of direction signs that will help guests from other cities find the place they are looking for. Güzel bir taş işçiliğiyle yapılan binanın ön ve arka girişleri, ikişer sütunlu destekli büyük kapılardan oluşuyor. Vali Muammer Bey zamanında 1913-1917 yılları arasında ahşap olan binaya, 3. kat ilave edildi. 1978 yılında üçüncü kat tamamen yandı, birinci ve ikinci katın sadece dış duvarları kaldı. Geniş çaplı bir onarımdan geçen bina, 1982 yılında eski görünümüne yeniden kavuşturularak, Hükümet Konağı olarak hizmete açıldı. The Historical Government House was built by Sivas Governor Halil Rıfat Pasha in 1884 as two floors of cut stones, 50 meters long and 20 meters wide. The front and rear entrances of the building, built with a beautiful stone workmanship, consist of large gates with two columns each. During the time of Governor Muammer Bey, the third floor was added to the wooden building between 1913-1917. In 1978, the third floor was completely burned, only the outer walls of the first and second floors remained. The building, which has undergone extensive repairs, was restored to its former appearance in 1982 and was opened as a Government House.
