I went to the service for a bluetoothe problem, they took care of my problem, but they took care of the vehicle's battery for this problem and my start stop system was disabled, when I reported the problem to the service, I was told that it would be registered and looked at. 10 days later, it was connected to the pc for 250 TL and I was told that the problem was caused by me and I was told that there could be an expense of close to a thousand TL, of course, I conveyed that the problem would not be caused by me, but even attention was not shown ...

I thank them again for their interest and concern. They made a transaction on my brand new Puma ST-Line vehicle without my approval and damaged it during the service process. They believe that they have the authority to make all kinds of applications on your vehicle with the signature you signed before the service process. They act by trial and error method. A service that is far from professional and not solution oriented. The only solution they offer you in return for their mistakes is a 15% discount check in the next service period. They want you to give them a chance to damage your vehicle once again. If you value your vehicle, stay away from this service.
