sivas is my city. i have born here i have studied till my 13 and all the summers from my 13 i go this wonderful city to visit my relatives. to be more open the hotel deserves only 3 stars. if u compeare it uae hotels it only deserves 2 stars. Unfortunately in my city there is no more option. i heard that double three by hilton is under construction but when it has completed it will be the right decision to prefer the hilton. but the best thing for this hotel is only the location. it is only hundred meters away from anything you can find in this historical and perfect city. but sivas doesn't deserve this bad quality hotel. i hope you will have fun in my lovely small city.

It has 4 star like a important hotel for VIP people. ..and every thing it's easy available to buy and it's located near the central city. ..and around them are more clothes stores

I am currently staying here and I'm not satisfied , I asked for a non smoking room but as soon as I entered my room the smell of cigarette was noticeable I could not manage to connect to the wifi here while the router is just 3 feet away from my room, comparing to my experience with other hotels around Turkey (wow Istanbul otel, Madame Tadia, Senna city otel, SRF otel, Barida Hotel, IBIS ) and another hotel in Sivas ( Buruciye otel) it's very expensive to stay here! Positive notes: the staff are friendly and you feel welcomed the moment you go to the front desk! The lady that was handling our check in did it as fast as she could and there was no hassle. Hotel is in a good location and in a walking distance to almost everything! I am not sure if I would like to prefer any of my friends here as the first option, but as an alternative!

This is a nice hotel option if you're staying in Sivas. Nice rooms and friendly service. Make sure to ask for a non smoking room if you're not a smoker.

It's a wonderful hotel with excellent location in the middle of the main street in the town. The breakfast is very good and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very tidy. However, as I am very sensitive to cigarettes, I could smell the smoke everywhere in the hotel even the room and it's really suffocating. I wish if the management of the hotel find a solution for the smoking.
