Nach einer umfassenden Restaurierung des teils stark verfallenen Karawanserei wurde es zu einem Kultur- und Kunstzentrum umgewandelt. Im Kultur- und Kunstzentrum Ihramcızade, welches eine etwa 150-jährige Geschichte hat, gibt es Bereiche wie den Koranlesesaal, den Hadithraum und das İbrahim Hakkı Toprak Museum. Für eine Besichtigung sollte man sich die Zeit nehmen. Die historische Karawanserei war Bestandteil unseres Stadtrundganges, den wir im "Reisebericht Sivas" ausführlich mit Fotos beschrieben haben.
