I bought 10 Shimano SM-UG51 Quick link) from the website and the 10 products that were delivered to me have neither a box nor a package. It is obviously a sub-industry product. I sent a refund request, it's been 2 days and no one approved. I gave 150TL, thanks to them, they reminded me that we can't trust anyone in Turkey once again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çoğu kişi beğenmiyor ama diğerleride pek nazlı iş yaptırana kadar git gel işin yoksa, çok da ahım şahım bir eksikleri yok işte standart sök tak bakım için tercih edilir (Kocaeli de maalesef daha iyisi yok arkadaşlar iyi hizmet istiyorsanız İstanbul'da bisiler bakın). Adamlar en azından yapıyorlar, burun kivirmiyorlar.
Most people don't like it, but if you don't have a go-to job until you get others to do a very bad job, they don't have a shortcoming, here it is preferred for standard disassembly maintenance (unfortunately, there is no better one in Kocaeli, friends, if you want good service, look for a car in Istanbul). At least the guys do, they don't turn their noses.

I was very pleased with the attention of the employees and the product range. I told them already, it has been 1 year since I settled in Izmite from Istanbul and I have not seen such a product service in Istanbul. ?
