It was definitely the best şırdan I have ever eaten, well done to my master Mustafa and his colleagues. This is my secret address in Adana now. Mumbar, belly, vein and soup varieties are also available. If you go to Adana, I definitely recommend you to taste it.

Beef şırdan is enough for 3 people to satisfy hunger. Although it is not as delicious as sheep syrup, it tastes like syrup and I think it is enough. The staff are friendly and helpful. Fiyat biraz pahalı geldi o yüzden 4 yıldız verdim. 4 adet şırdan, 1 adet mumbar, 2 adet şalgam ve 1 adet su için 96 TL ödedim. Fiyat biraz daha uygun olsa daha güzel olur. Teşekkür ediyorum.
Şırdan and mumbar taste very good. Very clean and delicious. Service is very fast. Employees are very engaged. The price was a bit expensive so I gave it 4 stars. I paid 96 TL for 4 şerdans, 1 mumbar, 2 turnips and 1 water. It would be nice if the price was a little cheaper. Thank you.
