★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anlatmaya gerek yok demiyorum. Şırdanın başkentinde pilavı kuru tatsız tuzsuz birşey yemek hiç tat vermedi. Ama herkesin geldiği sevdiği bir yermiş. Ankara'da daha güzelini yemiş olmak garip geldi.
 I am not saying there is no need to explain. In the capital of Şırdan, eating pilaf dry tasteless, something without salt did not taste at all. But it is a favorite place where everyone comes. It was strange to have eaten better in Ankara.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sirdan is a great taste of Adana. It's always good to eat at late night. It's a bit pricey tho. It's better use fresh lemon instead of using lemon juice with preservatives inside. I wish I could have fresh local Turkish tea after Sirdan not the tea came from overseas.
