Sezgin Bey’in kaldığı yerde Üretim Müdürü Ömür Bey devreye girdi ve işimizi çözüme ulaştırdı. Ulusal firmalarda karşınızda muhattap bulamazsınız. Sinus elektrik firmasının altını çizerek söylüyorum Üretim Müdürü Ömür Bey son kullanıcı olmamıza rağmen sorunumuzu baştan dinledi ve ilgilendi.. İş takibi budur, marka olmak budur, müşteri memnuniyeti budur.

The staff of this company are incredibly caring. Technical service Mr. Sezgin tried to solve our problem as if it was his own business. In the place where Mr. Sezgin stayed, Mr. Ömür, the Production Manager, stepped in and resolved our business. You will not find any interlocutor in national companies. I can say that by emphasizing Sinus Elektrik, Production Manager Mr. Ömür listened to our problem from the beginning and took care of it, even though we are the end user.
