Gözünüz kapalı yiyebilirsiniz. Mantı ya bayıldık. Hayatımda yediğim en güzel mantiydi diyebilirim. Karışık söyledik. Cevizli ayrı yoğurtlu ayrı güzeldi. Porsiyona otuz TL ödedik 21.08.2020 günü. Hanımefendinin hoş sohbeti ve ilkeli duruşu çok takdire şayandı.Mantiya kullandığı her ürünü özel olarak köylüden alıyormuş market ürünü kullanmam dedi. Tereyağ tadı ve kokusu gerçekten müthişti. Söylemeden geçmeyelim. Memnun ayrıldık ? During our trip to Sinop, we sat down to have a rest while walking around the madrasa. We already wanted to try manti, but we were hesitant to the places. You can eat with your eyes closed. We loved manti. I can say that it was the best ravioli I have ever eaten. We said it mixed. Walnuts and yoghurt were different. We paid thirty TL for the portion on 21.08.2020. The lady's pleasant conversation and principled stance were very admirable. Mantiya said that every product he used was purchased exclusively from the villager and that he would not use the market product. The butter taste and smell were really amazing. Let's not go without saying. Satisfied we left ?

Sinop’ta Pervane Medresesi’nin girişinde sağ tarafta. Muhakkak Sinop Sofrası’na uğrayıp deneyin derim.. ? A decent place I came across by chance. Mis gibi köy tereyağı, ev yoğurdu ve çok lezzetli kıyma ile yapılmış. Reyhan hanımın güleryüzünü ve hizmetini tatmadan Sinop’dan gitmeyiniz:) The most delicious and best quality ravioli I have eaten in Sinop. It is clear that all the materials were procured from the local villagers. Made with delicious village butter, homemade yogurt and very tasty ground beef. Do not leave Sinop without tasting the smiling face and service of Ms. Reyhan :)

Sinopta 3 ayrı yerde mantı denemiş biri olarak söylebilirim ki hiç düşünmeden gelebilirsiniz. Located inside the historical madrasah, this beautiful and friendly place is the right place to taste local delicacies. As someone who has tried ravioli in 3 different places in Sinop, I can say that you can come without thinking.

Yemek siparişinizi verdikten sonra dilerseniz medrese içindeki küçük dükkanlara da göz atabilirsiniz. Bir de Gazi Çelebi'nin türbesi bulunmaktadır burada. Yemek olarak zeytinyağlılardan karışık bir tabak aldık ortaya ve bir de Sinop'un meşhur yemeklerinden "Islama" yi denedik. Her ikisi de gayet başarılı ve lezzetliydi. It is a small place in the madrasa. There are places to sit outside. After ordering your food, you can also take a look at the small shops inside the madrasa. There is also the tomb of Gazi Çelebi here. As a meal, we took a mixed plate of olive oil and we tried "Islama", one of the famous dishes of Sinop. Both were very successful and delicious.

Hem tereyağı mis gibi kokuyordu, hem de yoğurdu ev yapımıydı.Lezzetli bir mantısı.Üstelik medrese içinde olması , şehrin tarihi dokusuna ayrıca yakışmıştı. We liked the mixed Sinop ravioli. It smelled like butter, and its yoghurt was homemade. A delicious ravioli. Moreover, being in a madrasah suited the historical texture of the city.
