★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arkadaşımın hadi pilatese başlıyoruz demesiyle fit Kinikli ya üye olduk. İlk etapta konumu ve kadınlara özel olması sebebiyle tercih etmistik. Şuan Hem spor yapiyor hem egleniyoruz. Bize pilatesi sevdiren Meltem hocaya buradan kocaman bir ?.
 We became a member of Fit Kinikli after my friend said let's start pilates. We chose it in the first place due to its location and being specific to women. Now we are both doing sports and having fun. A big ? from here to Professor Meltem, who made us love pilates.

I signed up for a one-month pilates with the hope that I might continue. Now maybe not, I say I will continue for sure. Thanks to our teacher Meltem, she made us love plate with her smiling face and sympathy. In addition to doing sports and staying healthy, we also form great friendships. ? Definitely experience the plate with Meltem teacher ☺️

Burayı tercih sebebim ayağımda bulunan çatlak nedeniyle sporumu fizyoterapist eşliğinde yapmanın en doğru olduğunu düşünmem di. Kararimda yanilmadigimi bugün tekrar anladım ve 2 paket daha almaya karar verdim . Nermin ile spor yapmak Hem çok zevkli Hemde sağlık verici ?
I received 10 sessions of reformer plates from the synergy health center. First of all, I would like to thank Nermine for making her work enjoyable. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinerji spor salonunda Özden Hocamla tanıştığımızda sağlık yönünden ve bunun etkisiyle psikolojik olarak tamamen çökmüş durumdaydım. Kemik erimesi nedeniyle bütün vücudum ağrıyordu ve posturel duruş bozukluğun vardı. İlk zamanlar spor yapamıyordum ve moralim bozuluyordu. Ama Özden Hocam hic pes etmedi sürekli yaparsın diyerek bana güven verdi . Onun bu desteği bu sayesinde hem hareketlerimi doğru yapmayı öğrendim. Duruşum düzeldi. Özden Hocam benim için mucize, herşey için sonsuz teşekkür ederim ne yapsam hakkını ödeyemem. Hem beden ve hem zihin sağlığı için herkese tavsiye ederim.
When I met Özden Hodja in the synergy gym, I was completely psychologically collapsed in terms of health and its effect. My entire body was aching due to bone loss and you had a postural dysfunction. At first, I couldn't do sports and I was depressed. But Özden Hodja did not give up and gave me confidence by saying that you will do it all the time. Thanks to this support of him, I learned to make my movements right. My stance improved. Ozden Hodja is a miracle for me, thank you for everything, I cannot pay for what I do. I recommend it to everyone for both body and mind health.

Özellikle NERMİN KART (FİZYOTERAPİST) reformer derslerinde bana yardımcı oluyor. Hem spor yapıyorum hem eğleniyorum ve müthiş motivasyonumu arttırdı. In one word "Excellent" team . I started the weight loss process on the advice of my friends and I have been continuing for about 3 weeks and I am very satisfied. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Öncelikle çalışanların samimi, ilgili ve profesyonel olduğunu söylemek isterim. 3 aydır Sinerji'de fizyoterapist Nermin Hanım eşliğinde reformer plates yapıyorum. Geçirdiğim ciddi sağlık sorunları ve ağır ameliyatlardan dolayı kollarımı kullanamiyordum. Ayrıca sırt, omuz ve bel ağrılarından dolayı hayatım çekilmez hale gelmişti. Üstelik tedavi sonrası bölgesel olarak biçimsiz bir şekilde kilo almıştım. Şu an ağrılarım geçti. En zorlu hareketleri bile yorulmadan yapabiliyorum. Kilo verdim, vücudum sıkılaştı ve kaslarım güçlendi. Kısacası sağlığıma tekrar kavuştum. Başta Nermin Hanim'a ve Sinerji ailesine teşekkür ederim.Kesinlikle öneriyorum.

Ağrılarım oldukça azaldı.eskiden tutulur kalırdım, çok şükür şimdi tutulmalar o kadar fazla olmuyor.agrilarim da eskisi gibi değil. Çok ilgili ve nazik bir ekip .şimdi de zayıflama amaçlı gidiyorum .Basta Nermin hocama ,sonra da özlem hocam ve Aypar hocama; bu güzel ekibe sonsuz teşekkürlerimi sunuyorum .
