These five stars are for Tuba Hanım. I have been regularly buying books from the Törekent Public Library for about a year. However, just yesterday, an employee surprised me. The book I wanted (Machiavelli's Sovereign) could not be found even though it was in the library for that day. But today, the lady whose name I learned was Tuba, called me and said that the book I wanted was found and that they could reserve it for me if I wanted to come and get it. Honestly, this behavior surprised and pleased me greatly; I would like to thank Ms. Tuba for her dedication to her work and her respect and interest towards book lovers. Tuba, you deserve appreciation. I hope other staff will take you as an example and your supervisors will see your quality and difference and will reward your efforts...

It's a super place. Peaceful, airy and quiet, it has everything expected of a library.

There is no quiet environment. employees wear high heels and there are constant voices from the back. I wish the registration area and workplaces were not in the same area. The people who come to the recording area speak aloud and nothing is said to them. The children of those who come with their children make excessive noise, again nothing is said. Some of the people working in their workplaces do not even bother to turn off their phones. I would never have come here if other libraries weren't far away.

As a student who goes to the coffee shop all the time, there is a very nice working environment. The staff are very nice. Take even a lazy person there. He or she can read a book.

The book appears with the code, but I cannot find the book because the books are mixed and unordered. I DON'T MEAN why self-help books are lined up on shelves labeled medicine and nature.
