For 3 years, almost every 3 months, I would definitely call and send my carpets to Efem carpet washing, so I wouldn't say it's number 10, five stars ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20 ye yakın halılarımızın yıkanması için burada ki yorumlara bakarak güvenerek verdim. Halıların çoğu muhtemelen pis bir yerde katlanmış bir tarafları kirliydi. Aradım geldiler tekrar yıkamak istediler. 1 tanesi çok kötüydü sapsarı bir şekilde geldi onun tekrar yıkanması için verdim (gelen elemanada hepsini gösterdim) diğerlerini vermedim. Ama fotoğraflarını ekleyeceğim. 1 adet isparta halim vardı özellikle sormama rağmen makinada yıkamışlar ve halimiz yırtılmış götürdüler 15 - 20 gün durdu ellerinde diktirmeye çalışıyoruz dediler. Sonuçsuz kaldı biz de kendilerini Allah 'a havale ettik. Hesabımız ahirete kaldı hakkımızı helal etmiyoruz.
I gave confidence by looking at the comments here for our nearly 20 carpets to be washed. Most of the carpets were dirty on one side, probably folded in a dirty place. I called and they came and wanted to wash it again. One of them was very bad, it came in a very yellow form, I gave it to be washed again (I showed all of them to the employee) I did not give the others. But I will add photos. I had 1 isparta carpet, even though I specifically asked, they washed it in the machine and our carpet was torn, they took it for 15-20 days. They said they are trying to sew it in their hands. It was inconclusive, so we referred them to Allah. Our account is left to the hereafter, we do not halal our right.
