I designed and commissioned the making of a ring a few years ago at Sinbads...i was thrilled with the results then ..i have just got it back from its annual service ...it looks as good as the day i got it and for 70tl ....anyone with any Quality jewellery i guarantee it is worth trusting sinbads to service it at a tiny price compared to the UK.. my local jeweller wanted £50 for exactly the same work ....thanks Sinbads....

Great service and friendly staff

We asked our holiday rep from the hotel Aurum Spa and beach where we can get gold jewellery from without being ripped off. He suggested his friend and asked us if we wanted to go and see. We replyed yes. The owner of the shop came to collect us from the hotel personally. 1st class service if you ask me. We was in the jeweller's approx 2 hours with himself and his wife who in my opinion was Not pushy at all, but they assisted us with what we wanted. Which was again a first class service. When we had finished the owners friend took us back to the hotel personally in his car. We got back to the hotel and over a coffee discussed another bit of jewellery. We found our tour rep Charlie (amazing pay him more), to call the owner again as we wanted to purchase another peice. With that Charlie was on the phone to the owner. And again amazed us as he came to our hotel again with the item and the portable card machine so we could do the transaction. He came and had a coffee with us and chatting about all sorts. This would NEVER happen in the UK as they will tell you where to go. Advice..... If you don't go and see them your idiots. They are lovely people in a beautiful country. I am estatic with my purchases from them so beautiful. These people work hard and long hours but still greet you with open arms. Keep up the great work you are all doing. Your amazing. Charlie my hubby still hates you for this but he loves you. Thank you. See you next year and I will email you for new peices to add to my growing collection. Sinbad jewellers are a joy to deal with . Beautiful people, premises and you get the best exchange rate in town. They have made customised items for me without breaking the bank and are up front about total costs. You know exactly what you are getting I highly recommend this place. 100% professional at all times. A family run business on the main boulevard in Didim.
