★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servisi alırken ilgisizlerdi. Ve menüdeki istedikerimizin hepsi yanık ve fazla yağlıydı.Gelmeyi düşünenlere tavsiye etmiyorum kesinlikle.
They were uninterested in getting the service. And everything we wanted on the menu was burnt and too oily. I definitely do not recommend it to those who are thinking of coming.

Müşteri memnuniyetiyle uzaktan yakından alakası olmadığı gibi ben de dahil kim geldiyse azarlıyor zorla gelmişiz gibi. İlk siparişten sonra başka bir sipariş verdim, bana resmen hakaret eder gibi cevap verdi. Çay için şeker istedim, bağırarak sinirli bir tavırla masada var ya zaten dedi. Kişisel stresini işine yansıtan insanlar her ortama zararlıdır. Eğer her zaman böyle biriyse zaten kimden bahsettiğimi müessese ekibi anlayacaktır. Laf dalaşına girerdim ama bu davranışları gösteren bir insanın seviyesine inmeyeceğim. Buraya yazarak başkalarının görmesini sağlamak daha iyi bir cevap olacaktır.
There is a lady at the cash register, I have never seen anyone so rude, angry, far from customer satisfaction in my life. It has nothing to do with customer satisfaction, and whoever came, including me, is scolding as if we came by force. After the first order, I placed another order, he replied to me as if he was officially insulting. I asked for sugar for the tea, he shouted angrily and said it's already on the table. People who reflect their personal stress on their work are harmful to any environment. If he's always like this, the establishment team will understand who I'm talking about anyway. I would argue, but I will not stoop to the level of a person who shows these behaviors. A better answer would be to post it here so others can see it.
