About Simit Ustası
2000 yılında Kızılay Sakarya Caddesi’nde küçük bir taş fırınla başlayan hikayemizi, 2018 yılında her anlamda daha modern ve yenilikçi Simit Cafelere dönüştürdük. Taş fırında ve odun ateşinde ürettiğimiz simitlerimiz ile unlu mamüllerimiz ve dünya mutfağından lezzetlerimizle markalaşma yolunda ilerlemekteyiz.
Kesimal Simit Ustası kurulduğu andan itibaren donmuş ürün yerine hergün taze simit ve unlu mamüller üretmeye ve satmaya başlamıştır. Kesimal Simit Ustası Ünvanıyla aynı zamanda Kızılay’da 3 ayrı şubesiyle hizmet vermeye devam etmektedir.
Artan talepleri karşılamak üzere Ankara’nın en büyük taş fırınını kuran firma Gimat’ta toptan ürün satış üretim merkezini kurarak büyümeye devam etmektedir. Bu süreçte bizlerle büyümek isteyen tüm yatırımcılara Franchise fırsatı da vermekteyiz. Hedefimiz yatırım ortaklarımızla birlikte Ankara genelinde markamızı yaygınlaştırmaktır.

 We went to the shop around 10 pm, there is only one empty employee, the room in the back, no one who looks at the shop whatever he is doing. After a long call, someone came. Interest is zero interest. Bagels are not good but bad cheese poca with tahini will do. The tea was just fine

Our first and last visit, unfortunately the quality is below zero minus..
We ordered a breakfast spread, it was not butter, it was margarine, the cheeses were dirty and yellowed, the olives were shriveled, I do not recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabahları işe giderken sıcak simit, açma almak için uğruyorum. Bazen sıra olabiliyor. Simit ve açmaları güzel fakat diğer ürünlerini pek beğenmedim. Arka tarafında oturacak yer var öğle saatlerinde yoğun oluyor.
On the way to work in the morning, I stop by to get a hot bagel and pickle. Sometimes there is a queue. Bagels and rolls are good, but I didn't like their other products. There is a place to sit in the back, it gets busy at noon.

Herkes e uygun olmayabilir... daha berrak olsa çay beş yıldızdı... Ailelerin alışveriş sonrası dinlenme mekanı...
A hot tea break in a cool Ankara evening... There are 2 branches in Izmir street... The outdoor seating area is great in this period... We drank tea... It's hot and a bit bitter in the dark... It may not be suitable for everyone... If it was clearer, the tea would have been five stars... A resting place for families after shopping...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karışık tost istedik . Menüde karışık tost ile beraber domates salatalık yazıyordu. Ama sadece kuru bir tost geldi. Sonrada çalışan arkadaşa söyledim öyle getirdi normalde menüde ne yazarsa onun gelmesi lazım. 2 kişi 55 lira hesap ödedik gidilmeye değmez.
We asked for mixed toast. On the menu, tomato and cucumber were written with mixed toast. But only a dry toast arrived. Then I told the colleague who was working and he brought it like that, normally whatever is written on the menu should come. We paid 55 lira for 2 people, it's not worth going.
