★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I strongly dislike the place and the staff, the cashier let everyone behind me to pass me as I didn’t exist I was so uncomfortable plus she was so rude although I spoke Turkish to her and to the other non-Turkish costumers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality's of food change with time in the past it was much more delicious now taste of börek change much more small, price up and not tasting good ,same remake for cakes and simit too thin ,what can I say for it ?...please simit sarayı in general be professional and care about what you sale for your customers ..thanks .

Staff are good and welcoming, but they don't give attention for the final touches before giving your order..
With some attention for few things, the place can be the best in Istanbul.
