★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Üniversite hastanesinde bulunmadığı için Simge Medikal’den endoskopik ultrason iğnesi satın aldım. Doktorum ihtiyaç halinde kullanacağını belirtmişti. Bu durumu kendileri ile paylaştığımda kutu açılmadığı sürece problem olmayacağını söylediler. Operasyon öncesi iğneyi kendileri getirdi. İğneye gerek kalmadığı için kutu açılmadan iade ettik. Aynı gün içinde ödediğim parayı hesabıma geri yatırdılar. Bu zamanda böyle bir güven sağladıkları ve dürüst çalışma anlayışı için kendilerine teşekkür ediyorum. Bundan sonra ailemizin medikali oldular :)
Since it is not available in the university hospital, I purchased an endoscopic ultrasound needle from Simge Medikal. My doctor said he would use it if needed. When I shared this situation with them, they said that as long as the box is not opened, there will be no problem. They brought the needle themselves before the operation. We returned the box unopened as the needle was not needed. They refunded my money back to my account the same day. I would like to thank them for providing such trust at this time and for their honest working understanding. After that, they became the medical of our family :)
