Simge Elektronik olarak 1994 yılında faaliyetlerimize başladık. Samsung markasının Türkiye’deki ilk yetkili servislerinden biri olmanın verdiği özgüven ve tecrübe ile çalışmalarımıza uzun yıllar devam ettik. 2009’un ilk çeyreğinde Samsung Electronic’s Türkiye ailesinin bünyesine girerek, tüm Samsung ürün grubuna Servis Merkezi olarak hizmet sunmaya başladık.

Edit: Let me clear this up. I went in to 6 different Samsung Service Centers for my battery need to replace the one in my S7 device. I got rejected by all 6 of them since they could not give me my device the same day, and I could not leave it there because I did not have any backup device. I asked for backup devices, but they only gave them to customers with warranty. I asked if they could sell me the battery, or just replace the battery and give me the disassembled device. They said they could not, did not help me with my problem. This specific service, I went to twice. They did not do anything to help me with what would be a 15 minute process. This is my experience, I hope you do not get the same treatment as I did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointed the previous samsung shop I used to go to closed as it was actually good. This place and the two in Kizilay are terrible.
I had to take my device 3x before they fixed the screen problem. They replaced the charge port and now all three cables I was able to previously use are too loose. I was told the service only covers problems with samsung cables so they won't even change it. I have the same exact tablet and the cables work with it. If they want people to use only samsung cables they shouldn't make their products with the standard micro USB port.
This is the last straw for me. I will no longer purchase Samsung products. I expect better from a global company.
I gave 3 stars only because its adherence to social distancing rules.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Destroyed my A71 mobile ..not honest in dealing at all after that lied and said it wasn't working before...I swear that I gave them my mobile working except the left side numbers from 1 to 5 wasn't working only ? A71 now in Turkey worth 4400 TL. They made me lose my money ?without being punished..Advice not to go there?
