Although I did not have the warranty certificate for the product I used, they helped by finding that the warranty continued from the serial number. They quickly solved the problem.

The invoice of a product is a warranty certificate, as they said that my 3-month product will come by requesting a service fee because it does not have a service plug in the installation.
