Minyatür işler için ihtiyacım olmuştu ihtiyacıma uygun kalıbı ürettiler ve söyledikleri günde teslim ettiler. Kesinlikle güvenilir bir şekilde iş yapabileceğiniz bir yer. Ayrıca batıkent metrosuna inanılmaz yakınlar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aldığım 6 adet ürünün hepsi kalitesiz gözüküyor dış yüzeyleri çok pürüzlü ve ürünlerde aşırı derecede kimyasal koku var.Alerjik reaksiyon göstermeme sebep oldu.Bu sebeple yasal hakkım olan cayma hakkımı kullanmak istedim ve kargo geldikten hemen sonra mağazayı arayıp belirttim.Fakat yetkili kişi alaysı bir tavırla konuşarak ürünleri sadece esans sıkıp değiştirebileceğini bedel iadesi yapmayacağını söyledi.Gerekçe bile göstermeden tüketici olarak cayma hakkımı kullanmak istediğimi belirten bir mail attım ona da cevap vermediler.Bu durumda hukuki haklarımı kullanacağım.Kesinlikle bu mağazayı tavsiye etmiyorum ve tüketici hakem heyetine para iademin yapılması için gereken şikayetlerimi yapacağım.

Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum . hatalı ürün gönderiyorsanız bari en azından kusura bakmayın bile diyecek kadar esnaf olun . Yazmıycaktım aslında ama 1 ay geçti insan yerine koyan yok
