Company don't answer for our e-mails and calls. If we reach them via phone they say that they are not going to refund. Not recommended company.
Есть претензия к ним. Задержали отгрузку на 3 месяца и мы отказались от заказа. Компания так и не сделала возврат аванса до настоящего времени (18 декабря 2019). Удерживают наши 4000 Евро. На письма и звонки не отвечают. А если и отвечают, то говорят, что деньги возвращать не собираются. Не рекомендую обращаться.

There is a claim to them. We delayed the shipment for 3 months and we refused the order. The company has not made an advance refund so far (December 18, 2019). Hold our 4000 Euro. They do not answer letters and calls. And if they answer, they say that they are not going to return the money. I do not recommend contacting.
