İşletme sahibini aradığımda ise bana verdiği cevap, bugün özel bir gün olduğu için yoğunluk vardı. Zaten özel bir gün olduğu için sipariş veriyoruz. Yoğunluk varsa eleman sayınızı ona göre ayarlamanızı tavsiye ederim. Sonuç olarak biz de karşılığında para ödüyoruz. Ya da siparişi yetiştiremeyecek durumda iseniz bize bunu söylersiniz biz de mağdur olamayacağımız başka bir çiçekçi seçeriz. Kimse parasıyla mağduriyet yaşamak istemez. Şiparişi kişiye teslim edemediyseniz de saygıdeğer bir esnaf olarak yaşanılan mağduriyeti telafi etmenizi beklerdim.
