Klima yok, kopuk prizler tek bir yatak vardı oturmaya sandalye masa vs yoktu. Sonra rica ettim sandalye masa getirdiler. Lavaboları temiz değildi. Örümcek ağı vardı. Ücret olarak da çok fazla pahalı. 1 gece için 400 lira çok fazla. Bu hizmetin bedeli gecelik 200 liradır. I'm giving one star for breakfast and employee communication. Rooms were very bad. No air conditioning, broken sockets, only one bed had no chairs, tables etc to sit on. Then I asked and they brought a table and a chair. Washrooms were not clean. There was a spider web. Too expensive for the fee. 400 lira for 1 night is too much. The cost of this service is 200 TL per night.

Otel çok temiz, harika manzara, çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgi alaka çok güzeldi. İçeriye girdiğiniz anda bir aile sıcaklığı hissediyorsunuz. Havuz kısmı çok güzel ve temizdi. 5 dk mesafede sahil var gitmek isteyen herkese tavsiye ediyorum. Aileniz ile gönül rahatlığıyla gidebileceğiniz bir yer, tekrar görüşmek üzere :) I would like to thank Mr. Ali, his wife and all colleagues for hosting us perfectly during our stay at Şile Dört Season Hotel. The hotel is very clean, the view is great, the staff are friendly and interested. You feel the warmth of family the moment you step inside. The pool area was very nice and clean. There is a beach 5 minutes away, I recommend it to anyone who wants to go. A place where you can go with your family with peace of mind, see you again :)

Günün sonunda odayı temizleyebilirmisiniz dediğimde odada 2 gün kaldıktan sonra yapacakcalarını söylediler bu çok saçma. odalarda bu paraya değecek bir manzara da yok, ama tesisin içi güzel, çalışanlarda güler yüzlü tek artısı bu bende. Yemek menüsündeki çoğu yemek yok, dışarıya çıkıp yemek yemek zorunda kaldık. 3 gün rezervasyon yapmıştık. 2. Gün çocuk rahatsızlandı İstanbul’a geri dönmek zorundaydık, Bunu söylediğimde ücret iadesi yapmayacaklarını söylediler… bir şey daha ekleyeyim pahalı oda olmasına rağmen klima yoktu. Most dishes on the food menu are not available, we had to go out and eat. We made a reservation for 3 days. On the 2nd day, the child became ill. We had to go back to Istanbul. When I said this, they said they would not refund the fee.

Restoran çalışanlarının da güler yüzlü ve anında isteği gideriyorlar bizimle ilgilenen restoran çalışanlarından diyar bey' e teşekkür ederim. Sobe su odlične, jedino malo slabije grijanje ako dođete u vrijeme hladnijem dana no samo trebate zamoliti za još deka. Kupaonica je moderna i čista, kreveti udobni te su sobe dobro prozračene. Lokacija je u mirnom dijelu, nedaleko je market oko 5 minuta, plaža je na nekih 10ak minuta od hotela. Kuhari i konobari također vrlo ljubazni, hrana je bila odlična i vrlo ukusna.
