★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu tarihi mekana böyle işletmecilik yakışmıyor. Garsonlar haydaaa neden geldiniz der gibiler. Sade kahve istedik şekerli geldi, değiştirelim dediler 40 dk sürdü. Servis hızı ve kalitesi çok kötü. Lavabolarını kullanmak zorunda kaldık yok böyle rezillik.
 This kind of management does not suit this historical place. The waiters seem to say, why did you come? We asked for black coffee, it came with sugar, they said let's change it, it took 40 minutes. Service speed and quality is very bad. We had to use the sinks, no such disgrace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çayı lezzetlidir. Arka fondan çalan Kanun, ney ezgileri eşliğinde; bu tarihi mekanda hoş sohbetler edilebilen güzel bir ortamı var. Biraz kalabalık ve yer bulmak biraz zor oluyor. Ortadaki havuz biraz küçültülerek alam daha kullanışlı hale gelebilir.
The tea is delicious. The Kanun playing in the background, accompanied by ney melodies; This historical place has a nice atmosphere where you can have nice conversations. It's a bit crowded and it's hard to find a place. The pool in the middle can be made smaller by making the area more useful.

Unexpectedly luxurious and clean place in Sivas. The closed section is a must see, a very nice place to spend time in bad weather.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Şifaye medresesini gezerken donmuş ortadaki havuzun kenarında bir kahve içelim dedik. Göze alamadık çok soğuk üşürüz diye içerde bir yer bakındık bulduk girdik büyük sürpriz beklemediğimiz güzellikte temiz sıcacık tarih kokan bir mekan. Tavsiye ederim Türk kahvesi 5 lira ?.
We said we should have a coffee on the edge of the frozen middle pool while visiting Şifaye madrasa. We couldn't afford it so cold that we found a place inside, we found a great surprise we didn't expect a surprise, a place that smells good clean clean history. I recommend Turkish coffee 5 TL im.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ortamı güzel nostaljik bir havası var. Çalışanlar biraz asık suratlı sanırım uzun saatler çalışıyorlar fakat tam olarak haklarını alamıyorlarmış. Fiyat aralığı biraz pahalı geldi bana ama nede olsa yerel bir işletme olduğu için yıllardır burayı tercih ediyorum. Ortadaki havuz ile müzik insanı dinlendiriyor. Sizde en azından bir çayını için derim.
It has a nice nostalgic atmosphere. The employees are a little sullen, I think they work long hours, but they can't get their full rights. The price range seemed a bit expensive to me, but after all, I've been choosing this place for years because it's a local business. With the pool in the middle, the music is relaxing. I suggest you at least have a cup of tea.
