★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can I say.. The bad reviews from are so wrong.. This place was amazing.. We loved the top pool.. As the bottom pool was over crowded at times.. The staff are amazing apart from the moody girl on reception. Cleaners work hard.. Better to go for a room upgrade.. We never as we were in the apartment.. Definatly going back next year.. My kids loved it aged 16 and 8 .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are large and furniture, kitchen and bathroom fixture s were good. The beds are uncomfortable and could feel every spring, the pillows were hard. The cleanliness lets this place down. Our room was dirty when we got there and was not cleaned for the duration of our two week stay. Our bottom sheet only and towels were changed every 3 days, top sheet was not changed at all. This was not the case for others we spoke to, others stated they had not had clean towels or sheets. Public areas are clean and the pool well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. Especially Ozzy, Hassan the bar manager were hard working and very helpful and makes the stay pleasurable, Psycho is an absolute nutter lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel, pool and bar area room was dated and most things broken, to make a sandwich we have to borrow utensils from other guests as they did with us. Staff are great who were very friendly, no beach location but no rear town centre but taxis was cheap enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi I was in this hotel for about 10 days and these are some photos of the restaurant. Really good, the room was clean and towels and sheets were changed every 2 days. The place is a bit noisy, it has a large pool. The room has a sofa, TV, kitchen, double bedroom and a nice spacious bathroom. The only negative thing is that in the rooms there is no mobile phone field (even on Turkish SIM cards) and wifi is available only at the restaurant, swimming pool and reception. I have nothing to complain about. I hope to come back another time in the coming years ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not like this place at all workers where very annoying and bothered us a lot especially my daughter. Air con was very noisy and only in bedroom was almost 38 degrees heat there was no getting away from it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here last summer and it was the most horrible and terrible hotel ever!!! The staff was not Professional, the service was not Professional!!! The room was dirty and old the cleaning girl was a thief she stole stuff from our room!!! Even for free I would never stay in that hotel again!!! ??????
