Normally, we said that big brands would be appropriate, but no. Finally we found the Siemens dealer. Konya M1 mağaza Başak ticaret firma sahibi Mustafa Taha Karabacak (firma sahibiymiş) 20.11.2021 tarihinde Siemens marka bulaşık makinesi alacağımız sırada, arçelik'in ürünlerine de bakmak istediğimi bildirdim. Bunun karşılığında arçelik marka ile Siemens markasını karşılaştırmak istiyorsanız spotculara gitmemizi, bizim gibi insanların mağazadan alışveriş yapmamamız gerektiğini söyledi. Bu şekilde davrandıkları için onların malını almayacağımı söyledim, almazsan alma çokta umurunda diyerek, hakaretlerde bulundu. Ben istersem ikinci el ürün bile alabilirim, onu ilgilendiren bir durum değildir. Beni ve ailemi 3. Kişilerin yanında küçük düşürdüğü için tepki gösterdim. Güvenlik çağırarak durumu daha da kötü duruma getirdi. Bizim su sebiline tekme attığımı iddia etti, eğer vurduysam ben 3 tane satın alacağımı söyledim.
