I am definitely not satisfied with neither the dealer nor the authorized service. They brought a faulty fridge and washing machine. There are dents in the refrigerator we received, holes in the washing machine. They do not admit their own mistakes. They sold defective goods for money. I never recommend it to anyone. I will report it to consumer rights as soon as possible.
