★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ekim 2021tarihinde buzdolabı satın aldım. Ürün teslimi olmadan 2 gün önce alış verişi İptal etmesini satıcıdan talep ettim. Bayii ürünü iptal etti ama Kredi Kartı iptal işlemini yapmadı. Her aradığımda tamam yapıyoruz, kontrol edeyim şeklinde yalanlar söyledi. Şu an Bir ay oldu hala iptal işlemi yok . Ben ürün teslimi olmadığı için her şekilde paramı alırım ama kafamda bu konu ile sürekli meşgul olmak çok kötü bir durum, açıkcası yaptıkları dolandırıcılık demekten başka bir söz bulamıyorum. Lütfen alışveriş yapmadan önce iyi düşünün.
I bought a refrigerator in October 2021. I requested the seller to cancel the purchase 2 days before the product was delivered. The dealer canceled the product, but the Credit Card did not cancel the transaction. Every time I call, he lied that we're doing okay, let's check it out. It's been a month now, still no cancellation. Since there is no product delivery, I get my money in every way, but it is a very bad situation to be constantly busy with this issue in my head, frankly, I can't find anything other than to say they are fraud. Please think carefully before shopping.
