Sidekum Hotel

Food and service were excellent, the Hotel was clean. Sadly there was no reliable internet connection, which is hardly acceptable in 2019.

We stayed in SideKum hotel for 6 days and it was a great stay. SideKum hotel is middle size hotel. In my opion it is a big plus. Not to big to be too crowded. Rooms are clean and spacy. 'Landside' rooms could be bothersome because of nearby street which sometimes is very busy. Chose 'poolside' rooms. Beach is located about 15 min walk from the hotel. Hotel provides shuttle bus to bring guest to/from the beach. Meals are in the form of a buffet. Menu is varied and food is very tasty. Drinks are good especially wine. Staff is friendly and helpful. Always smiling. But not everybody speaks english. Animations were great. Everyday something different. Animators put a lot of effort in their job. One of the animators helps with the kids. So if You are spending Your holidays with little kids You could get an extra help with them. If You want to spend some time active You can use gym or play voleyball or waterball. A big minus of this hotel is that You can smoke everywhere outside (by the pool, in the dining room outside).

Big family room, very good meals (AI 10:00-24:00), excellent service... But hotel territory is small and sea is not so close - to get to the beach you need to walk for 10-15 min or wait for a bus.

I was there for a weekend runaway and it was awful. There was no proper service. Snack bar wasn't open,there was no night activity and dinner was really simple. So basically if u don't wanna waste your holiday look for another place

Hotel is not adults only, they allow kids and then waitress tells you that they dont like that your child crys and to take him out. I'm sorry but i really dont like that my child crys also but when you have less then 2 years you cry sometimes. If childrens are not welcome please dont recieve reservations for them. I was feeling really sad and i dont feel comfortable and im under stress every time that my child crys that anyone can tell me to go out. Hotel is great but i dont feel welcome here with a kid.

The stafe could not do anough for you the food was great abit disappointed with the gym couple of dumbells the multigym was not much cop either in door swimming pool not in use they did not cater for English people like I said food was good but nothing in English only German but overall I enjoyed my stay

Fantastic, great staff, great food, great place, here with my wife for 1 week & were loving it, will definatly come back.

this is a great hotel???.. and its earn its 5 stars yes its not new and yes its not right on the beach.. but make no mistake!!! ..you will enjoy your time here.. the food and the team is outstanding.. and better than most even more expensive competitors. definitely recommend!!!
