Side Virgin Hotel

They don’t clean the rooms, don’t change towels, no to much food, very rude staff, if we want internet we need to pay every day for WiFi! I can’t recommend!

The room dirty no clean sheets or towels unless you get them yourself food is awfull and some staff are very rude has for the food I wouldn't give it a 1 star pool area nice

When arriving at the Miami hotel informed we was being upgraded... What a laugh, a 45 minute walk from our orginal hotel KEEP WAY this is the worst hotel we've ever been to, dirty, poor food and very poor quality drinks, and very rude staff.. Lots of issues far to many to mention.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been this is something no one wants to experience . The room it is never clean . We have asked for cleaning the room because hasn't been cleaned form the previse logger . So after 3 days of dirty room they just come and took the bin bags and no swiping the floor or whatsoever . I do hope this will help to people . There is no meat at all in the restaurant , so don't expect to fed yourself properly . Vegetable food is ok but not the best either . Food is over all cheap and bad quality . The food will finish in 1 hour after the beginning , so be quick because they don't fulfil the trays again . :( very sad. If you ever come do self catering and eat outside . Don't expect clean room or towel replacement . Wish you all good luck .

On being transferred here as our hotel had overbooked, apparently we were being upgraded! The room was unclean, stale food on sideboard and in fridge, no towels, soap dispenser empty, it took 3 days and very rude staff to get sorted. Food ok but always cold. Would never , avoid if possible. Have contacted teletext holidays see what happens recommend. Unhelpful and rude

DO NOT CHECK IN WITH THIS HOTEL PLEASE! 1. The receptionists were rude. The first day we arrived at 6:00 am in the morning and I requested for a room. The guy in the receptionist said (without nametag), "why are you looking at my face? I am working here. I cannot help you. Do you understand?" 2. The room we book was family room. We were moved to double standard room and promised us to be moved to family room after 2 days. We were moved to a family room after 5 days. 3. There was a blackout for 2 nights in our new room. The hotel had a generator but it didn't reached our room. 4. The toilet in our room (310) was not cemented properly. It was leaking the whole time! 5. The food was so bad. They only had meat loaf most of the time we ate there for 3 meals a day. And we stayed for 2 weeks! 6. The kids pool wasn't properly cleaned. My KIDS got bleeding on their toes as they stepped on a broken tile! 7. The doctor wanted to charge us 60 Euros for simply looking at the ear. 8. We tried to call the agency (LMX), the Hotel Manager for refund on our trip. No one answers their phone. If they do, they said we should ask the other agency (agency vs. hotel). After this, they would hang up.

What a beautiful place. For an affordable price good stuff. All rooms have AC and fridge. Great food and drinks. There are two pools, one with water slide as well. Whole personal was so kind and nice. I will miss that place and all the smiling faces.

Unfortunately I didn't like this hotel. We had stayed in there for 4 days. The first night our air conditioner didn't work properly, which when it's 29 degrees at night you need AC. We got another room the next day where the AC leaked on the floor. The food was OK but nothing great at all. Everything is included, food and some alcohol. No rakı or whiskey. I only give this hotel 2 stars because the room was OK and the staff was friendly. The hotel is about 2 minutes drive to the beach or about 10 minutes walk. I wouldn't stay there again.
