A	Ari A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bootstour gebucht und 1h 30min gewartet es kam jedoch niemand und nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen meinte er die ganze Zeit es kommt jemand in 4 min er hätte angerufen jedoch war 25 min später immernoch niemand da, am Ende hiess es dann angeblich der Bus hat die falschen Leute mitgenommen obwohl wir die ganze Zeit vorm Hotel gewartet haben. Booked a boat tour and waited 1h 30min, but no one came and after several inquiries he said the whole time someone will come in 4 minutes he would have called but 25 minutes later there was still no one there, in the end it was said that the bus had taken the wrong people with it although we waited in front of the hotel the whole time.

Die Buggy Tour war auf einmal nicht mehr verfügbar und wir mussten uns mit einer Quad Tour zufrieden geben. Die Quads haben auch schon bessere Zeiten erlebt, aber ärgerlich war, dass die angekündigte 1,5h Tour nach 30 min beendet wurde. Nachfragen wurden einfach ignoriert. We booked a rafting and buggy tour. The rafting is well organized and great fun. The buggy tour was suddenly no longer available and we had to be satisfied with a quad tour. The quads have already seen better times, but it was annoying that the announced 1.5 hour tour ended after 30 minutes. Inquiries were simply ignored.

In the morning no one came to pick you up... on request! it was said: tour is canceled because of rain (weather report for 5 days?)...very annoying!! you have to turn customers down. hands off people!
