This hotel is good only for Germany people not for Turkish people and Asian
I stay Here with my Turkish husband for 4 nights and we decided to stay for more we make booking with booking.com but hotel don't let's us to stay they say hotel is full, after that we complaint to booking.com
Booking.com reply to us they said "hotel say we make problem in the hotel so they don't let's us to book" but i swear we never make any problem in this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hereby complain about the Hotel Side Royal Style, where we are currently spending our vacation. This 5-star hotel offers us neither bathrobes nor an iron. At the reception I was told that this has to be booked at an extra cost. I don't understand why I have to spend extra money for the things that are usually provided to me for free in a 4 star hotel. In addition, the drinks are of very poor quality and the staff are mostly rude. The bad thing is that we noticed all these shortcomings on the first day, which means the whole holiday is now distroyed.
The price I paid for this trip is out of proportion to the performance. The worst hotel ever!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was very clean and good, I was there for two weeks and compared the food every day, the food was not tasty at all, some of the food was salty. I went to another hotel, it was not interesting at all compared to that food. And while eating, it happened several times that the waiter came with a few coins and asked for a change and exchanged banknotes. I did not find these cases interesting. The only positive thing about the hotel was the massage parlor we used

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best all inclusive. Got upgraded to a fabulous sea view room. Great staff and service. Amazing experience in the fish a la carte restaurant. Betul the guest relations manager was a friendly and very informative lady. Booking now for my birthday next month. Can't wait xxx

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All in all a nice hotel for a reasonable price. The food is fine, not too special and definitely not 5 stars, but you always find something tasty.
Waiters are fast and friendly, speak German, English and Russian. The indoor and outdoor pools are quite small.
Way to the beach is approximately 5 minutes by foot, there is also a bar and some food there. Beach is quite large! Rooms are fine and more or less clean. Would rather book this hotel for a cheaper holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ staff is absolutely amazing. They're very nice and lovely. Entertainment is really great! Room cleaning is fabulous. The food is very nice, lots of choice!! The food taste is fantastic!! the rooms are clean the place is very fancy and gorgeous. The swimming pools are massive and very lovely. The indoor pool is beautiful. Has a sauna too! So much stuff here to do.
