★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was cold. The food was ugly and boring. Spa and fitness hours short. Almost no animations - maybe due to the low season..., but I will never go there again to check. Most of the facilities closed (beach bar, pool bar, games room etc.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is not 5 star for sure. The staff was very friendly and hotel is clean. If you ask or need anything all staff trying to help you.
Food is under avarage. You can't really find any red meat, lowest quality food I've ever had at 5 star hotels in Turkey. But in the other hand we paid less than many others. So what you're paying what you're getting.
If you're looking for good 5 star hotel this is not for you but if you're looking for all inclusive clean and cheap hotel it's worth to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After staying on one of the top 5 star hotels in Dubai, Las Vegas Marrakesh and Rome this was probably one of my best experiences in any country of the world… the price comparison to other countries its about half price but you get one the best services and best experience ever.
Thank you Side Premium will definitely come back in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the hotel is overall good but lacking in alot of places.
Cleaning. most days you get no cleaning and if you do its super basic. when you out of toilet paper you have to go find some cause they don't fill it up.
the Ala carte is not open, and when it finally did it was a farce to get in and you have to choose the meal 3 days in advance.
the main restaurant is terrible same food everyday have had turkey or chicken everyday.
the outside pool food is decent food with some rotiserrie chicken.
the bars are super understaffed with long waits all the time.
one good thing is there is plenty of sun beds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 star beautiful hotel, food is awesome, staff is very friendly. Beach is 5 min walk. Lots of activities to do in hotel. Outdoor, indoor pool, sauna, turkish bath. We had a great time and will definitely visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice hotel with excellent staff. Visiting in December so not too busy but still ticking over nicely. Food and drink is to a good standard. The pool area gets plenty of sunshine despite the low orbit of the winter sun. It is not as hemmed in as some of the other hotels in the area. I needed an adjustable spanner to repair my bike and the hotel handyman kindly helped out. Happy..!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel - out of season. I spent one week in January. Very tasty food, not too much people. Close by walk to the beach. Gym and indoor swimming pool open 9-18:30. You can enjoy sauna and Hammam. Lot of cats around, very friendly. Just in January on lower floor was cold, in swimming pool also quit called (water was warm but air was cold). Mini club open 10-12 and 14:30-17:00. Mini disco even in winter. Very nice coffee and cakes every day afternoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely hotel overall. Stayed in March and Outside Pool / Water rides were closed due to cold weather. Great indoor pool, Steam / Sauna, and massive Hammam. Staff were friendly and polite. The only let down was the food being a bit bland (possibly catered for Russian / German tourists). Food was still plentiful and fresh. I love Turkish cuisine and was able to find some lovely flavoured options outside the hotel.
Grand entrance to hotel. Our hotel room was clean and well presented on arrival and the general cleanliness of the hotel at all times was remarkable. I would definitely come back.
