Side Miami Beach Hotel

Clean hotel nice staff but food cold and not much choice. Its more a German hotel and economy rooms very noisy with kitchen above them. Bar staff fantastic especially Cuma head bar man. Looks after everyone always a nice friendly smile for guests.

The stars relate to price paid for what we got. Polite staff who are helpful and speak English. Rooms are basic but cleaned well. Food is ok but relates to the price you pay. The all inclusive works well but no snacks available inbetween meal sittings. Alcohol is locally sourced and ok again on what price you pay. The pool is small but clean. Was never overcrowded. Always able to get a sun lounger. If you want the Ritz then you will have to pay more to get more. I came with my daughter and we both would have paid more for what we got. The hotel is located well. Its not too far from the beach and local amenities. Restaurants are nearby and reasonably priced. We ate out most days at least one meal as the meals are repetitive and we wanted to try local cuisines.

First night we were moved into a hotel nearby due to overbooking. Room was clean and nice. Food was alright and the pool is okay. The beach is close to the hotel. One night the laundry room was on fire(no fire alarm went on) but besides this event I enjoyed my vacation here.

well lets hope they dont put you in the rooms in the bacement like they did when we arived. 12m2 no windows and it smelled realy bad of waterdamage. Be sure to know that this hotel is only 50-60 eur a day 2 people double room all inclusive, thats the price travelagency will pay for this,: )

Very good price quality hotel. The sevices and the food are much better than last year. The room are clean and the rooms in the main building are better. Unfortunately the beach is far away, but you can go to the beach near the hotel and pay for sunbed. The hotel is not a big one, is a low cost one, but a very good low cost one. All staff persons are very kind.

We booked here they had overbooked apparently (could have room in basement) or be upgraded to apparently 4* virgin hotel (its actually only 3) we chose to move, worst decision ever, this place is disgusting dirty, don't clean rooms, wasn't clean on arrival even stale food and rubbish bags, took 2 days for them to sort out, never cleaned the room during our stay, made it worst holiday EVER . Neither deserves any star should be closed down, hazard to health. Food wasn't very good and always cold.Do not stay here 0 *

Location of the hotel is great!!! Rooms are been cleaned every day, when they also change the towels. Food is quite good for 3 star hotel - breakfast is pretty mych the same every day, but you have everything that you would probably eat at your home for breakfast. I skipped lunch every day, dinner was my favourite.? you always have some corba/soup ( tomato,lentil..), couple of dishes with a meat ( chicken,beef ), various kinds of salads ( they really use a lots of salads traditionally ), various fruit and some of their traditional sweets..staff are really kind and helpful!! Whatever you need, they will try to please you..great recommendation for the hotel!
