Side Crown Serenity Hotel

Three sisters arrived at the hotel at 1 a.m. I booked a standard room and they did indeed booked us in a standard room. However, the room had one double bed, which is obviously for 2 people. Guy at front desk would not/could not move us. We were moved into a suitable room the next day, double bed and single bed, without question. We waited over an hour for them to find a bed. The porter had to move some furniture (bedside drawers and chair) to fit the bed. When we complained about this, guy on reception pointed out that we booked a 'standard' room and we received a 'standard' room. Obviously the standard room was for 2 people and not 3 otherwise you would not have to find another bed and move furniture to fit it in! Some of the waiters are surly and creepy. I would steer clear if you are girls on holiday. Food was oily and boring. Even if you were waiting in the queue, they wouldn't serve you if it's pass a certain time. Alcohol was cheap and unpleasant. By far the worse all inclusive I've been on. Will not be returning.

The food was really good. The staff are ok but not many speak English. Accomodation was ok. The spa was clean and the masseuse was really good. The sauna was working but the steam room was always off. I would not rate this a 5 star hotel though as there were no toiletries in the room

Generally good hotel, but with some disadvantages. It's Turkish/Egyptian 5 star standard (lower than in Europe). Room just fine, but if you get a side one you've got view on empty filed with stray dogs barking in the night... Location ~600 meters from sea, path to the beach uncomfortable (across 2-roadway, crooked sidewalk etc.), but you can take hotel's bus and it's fine. Very good and various food, fine drinks, in hotel's restaurant and on the beach. Fine service, but you must to reclaim.Big pool in hotel, but you can hear a little cars noise there. Near hotel big and beautiful Cleopatra beach.

Ive ordered holiday for my mom and my sister for 4 days. When they arrived there where no rooms in hotel so they needed to wait 3 hours to get room in another hotel across the town. Ive asked why hotel cant just rent taxi and send them to other hotel, so they can go to beach while they room is getting ready. Hotel representative said that they have to wait with whole group for the bus to take them. So it was not just my mom and sister. It was systemic offloading of customers by buses to other hotel. In other hotel they got the room right above AC compressor unit. They could not sleep whole night. I had to add 30 euro to move them to other room. All in all from 4 days of vacation 1.5 day was ruined just because nobody really cares about you there. Nobody speaks any language in both of these hotels, deals are sold and oversold to third party contractors so its impossible to understand who is responsible for this mess.

I really enjoyed my time at this all inclusive resort. The hotel and its surroundings were absolutely stunning and the services the hotel provided was excellent. The buffet was very good with many different varieties of food everyday and the staff were very helpful. However sometimes it was difficult to communicate as most staff couldn’t talk English properly, but they were very helpful! The front desk service is very slow at times, but the staff are very polite and helpful. The decor and interior of the hotel was absolutely stunning and Exquisite. The exterior of the hotel was beautiful and majestic.

The room was a good size, very clean however balcony was small. The hotel is very appealing to the eye and appears clean. The lifts are slow and both broke down twice within 7 days. The female staff at the restaurant are very rude every time we ate at the restaurant they would stand in a group near where we was eating and speak very loud about us in there language also laughing and point at us. Also most of the staff couldn’t speak English.The entertainment was good for families with children and the all inclusive drinks finished at 12 so you had to pay after. However I got a good tan.

Nice place, good food, middle cocktails, comfortable with children. Quite clean and cosy rooms. The only thing is too far from the airport

The pool and the beach services We did not get hotel room in the same hotel that we booked and paid months ago. The hotel was overbooked and we heard also scream from other clients at the same time who also did not have rooms instead of their booking. We were charged to another hotel with smaller room and not pool view. There was only one restaurant open in the hotel and in their website it did not mention that the other restaurant was closed because of COVID 19. In the original hotel’s description that we got from you, there is an iron machine and a board in the room. When we asked in the hotel that we moved to to borrow an iron because my wife did not iron any clothes, they told us that they do not have iron in all of their chains. Our experience was not a good one.
