Side Anadolu Hastanesi

My niece had cut open her chin after slipping on water slide at our Hotel. The hotel staff were fantatastic in getting us to he nearest hospital As she needed just a few stitches. Once at the hospital we were seen quite quickly and emergency staff their were good. However our medical charge was crazy... almost €700 for a few stitches we was charged!. The assistance was not good at all when it came to sorting this out. we had to contact our insurance who contacted the hospital for information and waited on them to respond to our insurances emails back and forth back and forth as the hospital just wanted garunteed payment before we leave the hospital. Nobody spoke English and it was extremely frustrating especially with a restless 4year old. We waited hours in the reception area and felt stuck in this hospital. It seemed like no one could be bothered to assist us properly and go the extra mile to get the situation sorted fast. Avoid this hospital for minor incidents as the charges are crazy.

They came to the hotel, collected PCR test samples 17 Euros each, paid on the spot. Our flight was after 60 hours from testing time, and never received the results by email, even 1 day after the flight. Thankfully hotel had connections with hospital staff, and got us the PCR results a couple of hours before our flight. Very unprofessional "private" hospital. You had more than 2 days to get the results!! Was about to miss my flight and spend the night with my family on airport floors. Very unpleasant experience, will never ever even get near that Hospital.

Unprofessional and way overpriced. Both doctor and nurse don't speak English so they used Google Translate. First they said that my card is not working(it was working normally before and after), so I had to walk to the ATM to get cash. Then they charged €150 for 5 minute examination and said that I will get the bill by email in 2 days. It took them 26 days to send me the bill so I can get the refund from my insurance.

Visited this hospital to have PCR testing carried out for travel purposes. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful all through the process. The results came quickly via email with an option to revisit to collect a paper form result if required. And all for 17 Euros per test!!! Very happy to recommend this facility.

PCR test are 250 lira (payment by card no problem). Registration and sampling is where the entrance to the emergency room - that is down the ramp (ambulances would use) to the right of hospital entrance. You can also get there by going in main entrance, to floor -1 and going to right of building (turn right out of lift). Everything took about 10-15mins. Not totally painless, not not too difficult as a non-Turkish speaker. Antigen tests for some reason are more expensive. Results came in about 3 hours which is not bad.

Hello, I highly recommend the hospital in Side. I happened to be this spring in Side for a holiday break. My mum broke her leg by accident and had to be operated. Orthopedic doctor Cuma Kayıkçı and his great team took care of my mum. I was in the hospital each day before and after the operation. People there are professionals. They patiently explained each step of recovery and had a lot of patience. I can not omit also the great support of translators in English and German. My best regards to the whole team of Aide Anadolu Hospital.

Svitlana Top. During my Turkish holiday and ended up in Side Anadolu Hospital. I was pleasantly surprised to make contact with a lovely young lady who spoke wonderful English and who's help and support made what could have been a very scary time so much more bearable. I was there for nearly a week and called upon her services many times. Nothing was too much trouble, myself and my family will be for ever grateful to her.

We are grateful that we were there. The reception at the emergency room was smooth, we could stay together with my wife and the child. Helping with insurance also ran smoothly. Transport to and from the hotel. Bad side - little bad food, but forgivable.
