Location was good Waiters were friendly You get what you pay for not a 5star hotel but worth the money you payed. Food could have been better although you could always find something to eat. Pudings were always the same sweet cakes needed more rice puding and blancmanges. In room drinks should have been water in fridge acording to write up, fridge empty,and tea and coffee only enough to have one drink each,had to ask for it to be replenished but wasnt till next day and then I had to ask again.

WORST. How is this hotel even a 5 star hotel? 1. Don't come if you speak English because it's really difficult to communicate. They just speak Turkish, Russian and a bit of German. 2. They don't write names of food nor they speak any English so if we don't like for example beef, we have no way how to figure out what meat it is. They say it's chicken for all meat and when I tried the meat, I got lamb which I hate. Also the food is not well cooked and they basically give you very similar food everyday. 3. I swam underwater in the indoor pool with my eyes open (I had no goggles) and after swimming, my eyes hurt a lot for the whole day and I couldn't see clearly. Apparently, the pH balance in the pool wasn't managed and I had to suffer through this for the whole day. 4. The wifi is terrible, not reliable at all. We had to work from hotel but it was impossible so we had to buy sim card with internet. 5. We were playing table tennis for some days but the board was broken and terrible, the next day when we asked for table tennis bat, they said it was broken and we couldn't play anymore. 6. I left my sim card on the bed and when I came back to the room after housekeeping, my sim card was gone. They probably took it with bed sheet. They should've checked. 7. Also, they serve drinks only until 11 pm at night. And the indoor pool, sauna is available only until 6 pm. Overall, this is not what I expected at all. At least if they spoke English, we could communicate and tell our problems. Not coming here ever again. You guys should pay a bit more and stay at a better hotel.

It's a disaster - enough said. (1) FOOD. Untasty, served in a way you don't like to be served when on vacation, more like feeding the livestock than beloved guests. I say you better serve breakfast than AI but do it nice. (2) ROOMS. Decent, cleaning is good. But beware so-called 'side sea-view' - you'll be woke up in the middle of the night by the horrible Russian music from the bar at the corner. When asked to move, you'll get a suite a class lower (3) Wi-Fi. No chance to work from here bud. Especially if it would be a video call. Buy a local sim-card if you're unlucky to stay here. (4) BEACH. Probably the best part. Unless you don't mind people with their sound speakers with beautiful Russian music set out loud so everyone can enjoy it (5) STAFF. Only one guy at the reception speaks English. All the rest they just say 'wait until he gets back' Ah and for social distancing - forget about that. We and a couple of other guests were the only one who wore masks. Guys seem to like experimenting with their own chances given the Covid rates in Turkey in July '21. In a nutshell - it's our first chance with Turkey vacation and I doubt there will be second. But if there is such a chance we'll definitely book the trip by ourselves (warm 'hello' to the guy from TUI who treated his group like we're again the livestock he needs to push all the info into and then 'allow them to leave the meeting') and go to Kemer or Marmaris area which seams to be much nicer in terms of being close to nature, silence and relaxation than this pretentious outdated piece of plastic.

Great place, really nice staff, good food and beautiful, clean beach 9/2021

This is not a great all inclusive resort. The people are nice but the food is very limited options and inly available for a couple of hours. There is no buffet, its a limited menu you pick from. The pool is right by the place you eat so while at the pool you are surrounded by noise of restaurant. The beach chairs and umbrellas are very old and not comfortable. I would however highly recommend the spa! There are no vegetarian options. If you are vegetarian they will just have one option that they make for you.

Nice hotel vith nice view to the see. Food was ok as usually in Turkey. Own beach o the sandy beach. Several shops around, 10 minutes from the old town of Side by cheap bus.

very poor hygiene. the room lacked basic items such as soap, and towels and linen were not changed once in 7 days. Not even after we reported that there was no soap they did not bring it to us but we had to buy it ourselves.

Hotel itself is okay. Pools are nice, seaside and beach is near, about 5 min by walk. Don’t expect any social distancing measures… serving food by hands (gloves), not disinfecting tables after others. Some of the staff so arrogant… Food is good but limited, if you late for your dinner, they will grab fruits and salads from other table and bring it for you. So shame to observe service like that at nowadays. To get some drinks at bar sometime you need wait till one of the bar staff will wake up inside the back area and gonna show up. No attentiveness at all. I was a witness of one case when old woman was asking one lady to send someone to patisserie to get a tea, because no one is there… That lady smile to her and said: no. Ridiculous:( And so many other small things which makes a big disappointment in the end. Just like that.
