As it is known today, Şehit Mustafa Arık Secondary School and Gümüş Primary School. The first school built in Saftanbolu. The stone building is still standing in its last restored form and with its upright stance defying years. Of course, the fact that his mischievous students are still standing despite the damage they have done is an issue that should also be appreciated. Its spacious garden, almost shaded by hundred-year-old pine trees, adds a different atmosphere to the school. For a period between 1977-1981, I completed my primary education, and became a major in the school's marching band (my brother did the major for two years before me and I took over from him, like being a sultan from father to son oğ), during the breaks; In those years, we even performed theatrical performances on the stage placed on the upper part of the staircase leading to the second floor in interior design of my school, where I occasionally fled to our house, which is 4 meters from the school.
