Really unhappy with the quality of the Balenciaga Sock trainers - purchased on Tuesday and a hole by Saturday - the guys said my son must have pulled them on too hard for the sock part to tear!!!! They would not accept a swap for different trainers or even paying a little more for different trainers - they had them re-sewn for free - please get some sort of GUARANTEE or written proof of purchase as this will help in the case of a problem!

I was interested to buy some shoes so I decided to visit this shop. After I've shown a bit of interest to a pair of shoes, the seller confronted me. I asked him for the price and he told me 120 Lira. So I lost my interest and looked for something else. He asked me for the price I want to pay and so I said 80Lira. Instead of showing me something else he told me and my girlfriend goodbye, which he repeated three times. After we went out he shouted "and never come Back!". I was there with my girlfriend and he threw us out in front of all the surounding people. I don't hope this type of treating customers is seen normal in Turkey but we felt so bad and ashamed by this man.
