اطلالات رائعة، اثاث مختار بدقة عالية، النظافة على أعلى مستوى، مطبخ مكتمل، توفر القنوات الرياضية والعربية بشكل عام، انترنت جيد، الشقة تقع في الدور العاشر من مجمع مكتمل الخدمات "مواقف، مصعد، العاب اطفال" قريب من الشقة اكتر من سوبر ماركت ومطعم وجامع.
ولا ننسى التعامل الأكثر من راقي من قبل صاحب الشقة.

بمنتهى الروعه وتكتمل بفخامه مطبخها وتوفر جميع اغراضه
وبها ثلاجه كبيره وغساله مع نشافه وغاز وفرن وغلايه
ويكتمل جمالها بروعه تعامل مالكها ووجودها باعلى دور واجمل برج اللهم بارك لمالكها
