Sheraton Grand Adana

Staying in this hotel for 4 night, the building is beautiful and awesome view but sadly i didn't have best experience with their hospitality. 1. every morning it's feel like playing hide and seek with the waiters so hard to get coffee or drink on your table except you ask them for more than one time, 2. You need to ask at least 2 times if you want housekeeping clean up your room in exact time in the morning. Also you should request for extra clean cause the room is easy dusty. 3. The super limited amount of staff who able to speak English isn't it sad that the pool boy is speak better English than the concierge, the receptionist, and waiters in breakfast lounge. 4. They have street cat outside the breakfast lounge, don't get me wrong i love them so much but it's just sad seeing them begging food to the guest while the hotel actually can give them cat food and castration them so it's not gonna be so much cat in the future there. 5. Dear Mr. Concierge please learn how to talk to the guest politely, lower your voice. remember you're working in Hospitality. When the guest asked some help listen to them and helped them and Don't arguing them feeling that you're right or better, cause it's wrong manners as concierge!!! It's really sad for the 5 stars hotel like Sheraton having such a bad hospitality like this, wish it's gonna get better.

Everything was nice, the people, the pool, the rooms. Very clean and nice decorated. Outdoor Pool was well situated where you can relax for a long time. Hotel is max 10 min from the airport. A big shopping centre is 10 minutes walk away. The only thing they have to improve is the serving of foods and beverages, especially in the restaurant.

The hotel is in quite location and has a nice view. A bit old but the main issue is very thin walls - you can hear your neighbors and it feels like an earthquake when someone close the door to the room. Another thing, we couldn’t sleep good as during our 15 days stay, there were 3 (!!) weddings and one was lasting for 3 days in a row with load music and drums till midnight!! All windows are facing the open ceremony venue.. take ear plugs with you if you wish to stay here. The stuff was extremely friendly but in a restaurant or cleaners don’t speak English, so it was challenging to explain our orders or ask the way certain dish was cooked..

Very well sight seeing from the rooms looking to the river , breakfast is at a high level , very nice staff , highly recommended at the end

Beautiful hotel and location. Unfortunately no loungers are out by the pool, it’s been around 23 degrees so even if it’s cold for the water it would still be nice to have the option for somewhere to lay and read a book by the pool in the sun. There are only the outdoor chairs under cover by the bar to sit for some fresh air and there aren’t a lot of these. Three days in a row now housekeeping have knocked on the door at 9am and woke me up, it’s too early when I came here to rest…they keep knocking even when the lock is across the door, so I have to get up to say no thank you. I’ve never known housekeeping to come that early in any other hotels I’ve stayed.

Good hotel, helpful and friendly staff, I had few issues with my room but were resolved quickly. Good food in the restaurants and cafe, very clean hotel. Enjoyed my stay here, would stay here again will out any worries.

Even though we stayed one night only, but I can say that the hotel is very nice and highly recommended. Its location is very good on the riverside near a park and a mall. The reception has very nice decoration, the restaurant is very good with respect food and service and view. We took a room with river view. It was amazing. The rooms are good in size with all necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet was very good with varied selection to choose from.

Where do I even start? Such a wonderful hotel, everyone is so kind and respectful. Service is great and really fast. The hotel is veryyy clean. I would definitely recommend the pool and women’s hammam. The view is amazing and the weather is phenomenal, even in January! I stayed there for more than a week and I honestly felt at home. Would definitely recommend you to stay here.
