Быстро обслуживают и кстати, не дорого. Всегда в наличии свежий хлеб. Я покупаю чурбу( суп-пюре)... Беру любой, который есть в наличии, потому- что все супы у них вкусны))) Особенно приятно, когда ты после 12 часового длительного пути, рано утром всегда найдешь что поесть - здесь!!!

Normalde 1 litreyle 14 km araba burdan aldığımız benzinle 9 km gitti. Artık ne karışım varsa...Shell artık güvenimi sarstı. Tavsiye etmiyorum.

Taşıt tanıma olmayan tarafı da tts çizgisiyle işaretlemişsiniz. Personeliniz de geçeceğim yeri insan gibi kibarca göstermiyor, üslupsuzca davranıyor. Müşteriyle iletişim öğrenin her şeyden önce. Tts diye nereyi işaretlerseniz ben de o tarafa yanaşırım. aw ülkesinde bir tane akıllı yok mu ya

Clean, tidy, staff very helpful, used car wash, very good

I know that Shell has a clean car clean engine policy yet nobody washed our windshield and I had no problem doing it myself. I went to the water and air point and used the water already in my car to clean my windshield before filling the window water tank with their water. I noticed a small blind spot on my window that was missed by my window cleaner jets and rinsed it off with their water in about three seconds only to have a staff member shouting at me that I couldn't do it. I already filled up at the station with a full tank of 95 V-power and bought water and ice-cream at this institution. So why can't I just rinse 10 centimeters of window with water that is there for customers to use. I found this to be an awful experience and it didn't add any value to my image of Shell. I won't fill up at any Shell ever again because of service and nonsensical drama like this. I will also contact Shell head office about this as I have always preferred Shell above other petrol brands before this nonsense. Also note that I already removed my Shell petrol tag for my car and will be replacing it with an Opet tag. I will do the same for our whole fleet of cars.
