★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Genel olarak Shell herzaman memnun kaldığı bir markadır, fakat dönem dönem birkaç istasyonda çalışan personellerden kaynaklı ufak tefek sorunların olduğunu gördüm, Karabük Shell de istasyonunda arabam arıza yaptı, yakıt dolumu yapan arkadaşlar vardiya değişti sonrası gelen çalışan bu arabayı burdan kaldır dedi başka bişey demedi. 4 teker kilitlendi araba kıpırdamıyor karabükte ahtapot çekiçi bulamadık. Anlayacağınız 5 parmağın 5 bir değil istasyonlar çok iyi fakat arada sorunlu insanlar çıkıyor maalesef.

As you can understand, the stations are not one of 5 fingers but the stations are very good, but unfortunately there are problematic people.
