3 days ago, I bought 40 lt vpower diesel and filled my tank. Every morning for 2 days, the fuel part of my vehicle is frozen and I have my car towed to the industry, we disassembled the tank and emptied the fuel completely to empty the diesel I bought today, the inside of the tank was frozen officially and the color of the diesel was very different. I have never bought fuel for my car from other than shell. Since I have taken 0 km, I have been buying fuel from shelves, unfortunately I give up after this incident.

When we stopped by Bilecik Çiftyıldız Shell Petrol to enter the toilet on the night of 08/08/2021, they stated that they had just cleaned the toilets, so I wouldn't use the toilets.

They don't sell to anyone until 12 at night.
