Ötv ve kdv ye bugün getirilen zamlardan dolayı dün gittiğimde resmen yakıt yok satmıyoruz dediler. Yazık, böyle bi firmaya mahalle bakkallarının yıllar önce yaptığı gibi tekele zam öncesinde sigara satmaması gibi hiç yakıştıramadım.
Unfortunately, it was the petrol station where I went and fueled but what they did yesterday was unacceptable. When I went to Ötv and VAT today due to the price increases, they officially said that we do not sell fuel or sell. It is a pity, I could not ascribe to such a company that neighborhood grocery stores did not sell cigarettes before the monopoly, as they did years ago.

I don't buy much fuel other than a known brand/place in Istanbul, but I stopped and bought fuel because I had to go to the shroud, but then I realized that the car was falling from the traction and it was running loudly, I don't know if it was because they were selling poor quality diesel, but if something big happens to you, remember this comment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çok uzun süredir Shell den yakıt alan biriyim. Bu istasyonda diğerlerine göre fark yaratan kasiyer arkadasla karşılaştım. Kahve makinesi arızası yüzünden beklediğim için bana ikramda bulundu sorunun onunla hiç ilgisi yokken durumu telafi etmeye çalıştı.iletisimi ve yaklaşımı harikaydı.
I have been a fuel buyer from Shell for a very long time. At this station, I met a cashier friend who made a difference compared to others. He offered me a treat for waiting because of the coffee machine failure and tried to make up for the situation when the problem had nothing to do with him. His communication and approach was great.
